Returns and Exchanges?
All sale merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value only. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
Request a return authorization number by clicking here and filling in the form.
You will receive your return authorization number via email within 48 hours of your request.
It is important to remember that returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Make sure your name, address and return authorization number are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package.
If you ship from a mailing center, they typically use their address, so be sure to request that your address be featured.

Please enclose a note with your email address plus any further instructions you want us to have, your credit card number and expiration date.
You will receive an email in return with your refund receipt.
Enclose the credit card number and expiration date of the card used to purchase the item. Merchandise must be in new condition with the price tag attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Reduced merchandise, lingerie, swimwear, beauty products, jewelry and hats are final sale.
If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will gladly reimburse your shipping charges.
When will a refund appear on my bill?
